Fast delivery, well packaged, not sure why these rubber bands with handles are needed, much more effective to hold onto the wall and work on the lumbar area. A bit flimsy, I weigh 85kg, I feel the platform bends a little. It's a pity it's not made of metal, like our "Health" disc used to be.

Several months after purchase, I can confidently recommend it. Works well, although the plastic moves a bit underfoot. Perhaps these are additional massage functions.

The disc matches the description – it’s lightweight, portable, and fun to use. The non-slip surface keeps it in place well, and the massage points nicely stimulate the feet. It met my expectations and is a great tool for light home workouts. Recommended!
